Holiday time is the perfect time to have your family photos done! This is my 5th season in business and I love seeing how my clients family’s change and grow! I love photographing and meeting new clients too! It has become my favorite time of the year!
When working with clients who book a regular family portrait session, I love being hands on and not only delivering them beautiful images that they can enjoy for years to come, but providing an attentive service clients really appreciate. I assist with wardrobe ideas and selection during the pre-shoot consultation. Clients also receive a questionnaire which allows me to learn more about them and helps me to design the photo shoot around their wants and needs. I offer hair and make-up as an add on service to the photo session to help clients look their absolute best!
During the actual photo shoot, it is about having fun and creating special memories with the ones you love, to document and freeze that moment in time! I mix in the traditional poses with the more candid, spontaneous ones (which typically always end up being clients favorite). My playful approach can get even the most shy little one to come out of their shell.
About a week after the shoot, I meet with the family again for the reveal and ordering session, done either in their home or my studio. For those clients knowing they want to purchase wall art, I have them send a picture of their wall space in their home and am able to provide mock up ideas for their images. I offer the latest wall art and photo display products that not only wow my clients, but all their friends and family who see them!
Family portrait session’s also make a wonderful gift for the entire family, too!
